Blue Summery Dress

It is time to feed my poor neglected blog with a new dress refashion. I got this at my usual stop, the Salvation army(their dresses are way cooler than St. Vincents).

 

Cool fabric, but the shape, not so much...

 I removed the sleeves and about 15 cm off the length. I made the neck hole larger. I was going for a boat neck shape, but it ended up a bit square, oh well. Then I hammed all the raw edges.

And that is my best attempt as explaining how to refashion a dress, wow.
Explaining things. Not for everyone.

Ended up looking ok though, right?:)
